Greenwood Glass opened its doors in February 1965 when founder Marvin Boatwright saw the need to provide quality glass and excellent customer service at a reasonable price to Greenwood and Lakelands residents.

Greenwood Glass was originally located on Maxwell Avenue and remained there for two years before moving to a location on the SC 72 By-Pass.  In 1972, Greenwood Glass moved to 203 Maxwell Avenue and has been serving its customers there ever since.

Alan Boatwright has continued Greenwood Glass' tradition and excellence and has expanded the company's commercial and auto glass business while still providing the same quality work and face-to-face customer service.

In addition to its work in Greenwood and the Lakelands area, Greenwood Glass has performed work in Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, Georgia and Tennessee.  Our projects have included everything from replacing a window pane to installing security glass and glazing in state prisons.
